• Announcements should be submitted two weeks prior to the event.
• To be published online on Friday and in the newspaper on Saturday, announcements need to be received by the preceding Tuesday.

• We use photos only for 100 years old or older

• We use current photos in the newspaper, but not online, starting with the 50th wedding anniversary (or 100th birthday) and at significant dates thereafter. Studio color or black-and-white photographs are preferred. For anniversary couples who have been married 50 years, we can also use an original wedding photograph along with a current photograph.
• High quality JPEG
• 300 DPI (dots-per-inch)
• Print size 3 to 4 inches wide
• If your photographer is e-mailing the photos, make note of that in the "comments" field below. The photographer should send the photos to images@postbulletin.com, with the couple's names in the body of the e-mail and a file name such as "jones_anniversary.jpg."
• Supported file formats: BMP, GIF, JPEG. (JPEGs are preferred.)
