Rio, Vienna, Louie, Bernie and Brandy all wagged their tail when they heard that the Mantorville City Council on Monday approved the creation of a dog park near the city's water tower.

Rather than being driven into Rochester to play in a park there, the canine buddies will soon be able to romp in a big park (250 feet by 125 feet)  for large dogs or a smaller park (100 feet by 125 feet) for little dogs just across the fence.
