WINONA -- A tour of migrating swans along the Mississippi River will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 14.

The tour will leave from Winona, go to Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge, Weaver Bottoms and Brownsville. Seating is limited.

Participants will get a hot lunch, learn from experts and see the birds with spotting scopes and binoculars. Cost is $20.
