STOCKTON -- Four people were injured Monday morning when a semitrailer collided with two oncoming vehicles along U.S. 14.
The semi -- driven by Richard Rassmussen, 62, of Lewiston -- was traveling west in the area of Stockton Hill when it tipped over and slid into the opposite lane, striking an SUV driven by Jeanne Bowen, 46, of St. Charles, and a pickup driven by Matthew Loga, 29, of Utica, according to a Minnesota State Patrol report.
All three drivers suffered minor injuries, and a 12-year-old boy, Greg Bowen, of St. Charles, who was riding with Jeanne Bowen, also suffered minor injuries, according to the report.
All four people were transported to Community Memorial Hospital in Winona. All but Loga had their seat belts fastened, according to the report.
The crash was reported at 8:01 a.m.
Members of the Winona County Sheriff’s Office assisted the State Patrol at the scene.
