KoMets do the expected
KASSON -- Lake City didn't figure to give much resistance to unbeaten and No. 4 state Class AAA ranked Kasson-Mantorville. And it didn't.
KM jumped out to a 25-6 first-quarter lead, and cruised from there.
K-M (9-0) got 232 yards passing, with Bryan Ripley going 9-for-18 for 222 yards and three touchdown passes.
Chris Paradise had 127 yards receiving on just three receptions. His longest catch went for 50 yards. He also scored two touchdowns.
Lake City (0-9) was led by Tanner Douglas, with 62 yards rushing on eight carries. The Tigers threw for just 36 yards.
