Lions again beat Burros

LANESBORO -- Spring Grove beat Lanesboro for the second time in a week. Tuesday's win came in section play and eliminated the Burros.

Last Thursday in the regular-season finale, Spring Grove won 49-32.

This time Dakotah Rostad threw three touchdown passes and ran for another to pace the Lions.

Rostad threw two scoring passes to Arik Elton of 28 and 13 yards. Joe Morken caught a 35-yard scoring pass. He finished with four catches for 94 yards.

Rostad was 10-for-19 passing for 154 yards. He added a 1-yard scoring run.

Spring Grove (5-4) had 132 yards rushing. Cody Colsch had 89 yards rushing on 25 carries.

Lanesboro finished with seven turnovers, five in the second half.

Braden Hanson threw a 28-yard TD pass to Brett Hungerholt. Dillon Draper also had a 28-yard TD run.

Lanesboro (5-4) had 62 yards passing and 168 yards rushing. Draper had 87 yards on 22 carries.
