Margy Voss is a life-long Austin resident. She has been a teacher at Sumner School for many years and was in the Austin Catholic Schools for 18 years.

She suffered a spinal cord injury on July 17 in a car accident. There will be a benefit Chili Supper for Margy on Thursday, Nov. 5, at the Corcoran Center at St. Edward's Church. It will include a silent auction and bake sale.

Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for children. They can be purchased from Hy-Vee or the Coffee House on Main or at the door. Donations may also be made to: Benefit for Margy Voss Community Bank 900 18th Ave. N.W., Austin.

We'd love to see former students, parents, church friends and community members show their support for Margy by attending this benefit.
