Changes along the St. Anthony Falls riverfront in Minneapolis are documented and will be on display Nov. 12 in a new exhibit at Mill City Museum called "Minneapolis Riverfront: Then and Now, 1858 - 2008."

The exhibit, which shows photographs taken in the 1850s through the 1870s displayed alongside photos taken in 2008 from the same vantage points, will run through March 28.

Also on view through Dec. 31 is "Storyboats," a display of porcelain boats created by sculptor Anna Metcalfe.

Both exhibits are free, but do not include museum admission of $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and college students, $5 for children ages 6 through 17, free for MHS members.

Mill City Museum is at 704 South Second Street, Minneapolis.
