This English Ale classified brew leaves many a beer advocate left scratching their head.
At first glance, the beer would appear to be an unfiltered, dark wheat beer. It is a cloudy-orange color topped off by a bright white head that dissipates shortly after being poured. It has a thick layer of sediment on the bottom due to the "Centuries old top fermentation method and natural bottling conditioning."
The taste is citrus, tangy, sharp and slightly bitter, but refreshing in the same sense.
This beer is 5.8 percent alcohol by volume.
