PINE ISLAND -- Mary J. Smith, age 82, of Amery, Wis., formerly of Pine Island, and owner of Smith Hardware.

Preceded in death by her parents and sister, Geraldine Krosko. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Ross; daughters, Judy (Doug) Alexander of Grand Junction, Colo., and Mary Jo Smith of Amery; and son, Jim (Rafaela) Smith of Coconut Creek, Fla. She also leaves four grandchildren, Ryan and Reed Alexander, Jay Smith, and Shaughn McClenin; brother, Wayne Hockman; and other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday at the Williamson-White Funeral Home, 222 Harriman Ave. N., in Amery, and one hour prior to services at the church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Congregational Church UCC, 201 Harriman Ave. N., in Amery. Interment will be at the Pine Island Cemetery on Sunday at 2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
