Felony dispositions

• Second-degree burglary -- Jason Emmett Russ, 35, 625 First St. S.W, Rochester, sentenced Sept. 24, 2009, by Judge Jodi Williamson, to 38 months prison, pay restitution of $2,316, pay court fees of $135, from an offense in April.

• Motor vehicle theft -- Abdiriman Ahmed Ali, 31, 28 Eighth Ave. N.E., No. 9, Rochester, sentenced Sept. 24, 2009, by Judge Jodi Williamson, to 23 months prison, pay $135, from an offense in June. He was given a concurrent 90-day jail sentence on a conviction of misdemeanor driving while impaired with 0.08 blood-alcohol concentration within two hours of driving.

• Fifth-degree controlled substance crime -- Juniata Lynn Bennett, 44, 203 Sixth St. N.W., Rochester, sentenced Sept. 24, 2009, by Judge Jodi Williamson, to 21 months prison, pay $135, from an offense in 2008.

• Motor vehicle theft, two counts of third-degree burglary, one count of gross misdemeanor check forgery, misdemeanor receiving stolen property -- Brett John Dennis, 22, 717 First Ave. N.E., Rochester, sentenced Sept. 24, 2009, by Judge Jodi Williamson, to 24 months prison, pay restitution and fees totaling of $1,412.15, from offenses in 2008.

• Making terroristic threats -- Matthew Joseph Kernler, 32, 1308 Fourth Ave. S.W., No. 1, Rochester, sentenced Sept. 24, 2009, by Judge Jodi Williamson, to be on probation five years, serve 90 days jail with credit for any time served, pay $135, from an offense in 2008.

• Theft -- Jason Arlend Vold, 40, 619 Manor Ridge Drive N.W, Rochester, sentenced Sept. 24, 2009, by Judge Jodi Williamson, who stayed execution of a 13-month prison term on condition he be on probation five years, pay restitution and fees of $1,632, do 100 hours community work service, from an offense in 2007. He was also sentenced on a gross misdemeanor indecent exposure charge and ordered to serve one year in jail with credit for any time served, from an offense in 2007.

Misdemeanor/gross misdemeanor dispositions

• Gross misdemeanor driving while impaired with 0.08 blood-alcohol concentration within two hours of driving -- Mandi Nila Quam, 26, Byron, sentenced Sept. 24, 2009, to 30 days in a combination of jail and home detention with credit for any time served, pay $585.
