Theft -- Harold Clifford Lowery, 25, Byron, sentenced June 9, 2003, by Judge Robert Birnbaum, to pay $85, be jointly responsible for restitution of $16,012.50, serve 45 days in jail or home detention, do 50 hours community work service, for theft of money from a former employer in August.

Third-degree burglary -- Daniel Jay Karau, 38, 28 Eighth St. N.E., No. 1, Rochester, sentenced June 9, 2003, to pay $535, pay restitution of $5.50, serve 90 days jail with credit for 16 days served, for breaking into the Broadstreet Cafe in March.

Motor vehicle theft, driving while impaired with 0.13 blood-alcohol concentration -- Wesley Adam Withers, 21, Plainview, sentenced June 9, 2003, by Judge Robert Birnbaum, to pay $1,035, serve 102 days jail with credit for any time served.

Aiding and abetting in theft -- Kenosha Terson Randall, 28, Wadena, Minn., sentenced June 9, 2003, by Judge Robert Birnbaum, to pay $85, do 150 hours community work service, pay restitution of $3,700, for theft of merchandise from a rental business in January 2002.

Juvenile felony dispositions

First-degree criminal damage to property -- Lance Michael Hammes, 17, St. Charles, sentenced June 9, 2003, by Judge Debra Jacobson, who stayed adjudication of delinquency for six months on condition he be jointly responsible for restitution of $1,033.24, do 40 hours community work service or pay a $400 fine, complete all required programming, write letters of apology to the victims, for aiding in damaging vehicles in February.

Speeding (80 mph in a 65-mph zone), no Minnesota driver's license -- Enrique Barcenas, 44, Plainview, sentenced April 17, 2003, to pay $237.

Under-21 drink and drive -- Carolyn Corredor, 20, Oronoco, sentenced April 17, 2003, to pay $270.

No proof insurance -- Sarah Rebecca Juracich, 29, 851 21st Ave. S.E., sentenced April 15, 2003, to pay $345 and serve two days in jail.
