The Winona Public Library is hosting two virtual screenings of an LGBTQ+ film called “The Year We Thought About Love.”
The 2015 documentary features members of “True Colors: OUT Youth Theater,” based in Boston. Throughout the film, the members of the acting troupe explore familial, romantic and spiritual love in their artistic and activist work.
There will be two screenings — one Thursday and one Friday. A virtual discussion with filmmaker Ellen Brodsky and two cast members will follow the Friday screening.
Registration is required for this virtual event. To sign up, go to winona.lib.mn.us.
