WILLMAR, Minn. — “Weathering the Storm” is the theme for the Women in Ag Network conference set for Feb. 13 at the Willmar Conference Center, 240 23rd St. SE, Willmar.
This fourth annual event will be a day of learning and networking for women involved in agriculture. Registration begins at 8:45 a.m. with the conference program from 9:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Sandy Hansen-Wolff, an agricultural business owner, speaker and consultant, will be the keynote speaker. She will will address areas in life and business where participants may want to let go, change, reduce stress, become better leaders and improve in their lives.
Breakout sessions will feature three tracks: stress management, organizational leadership, and business and finance.
The day will end with a panel discussion, “Make Your Own Weather,” in which panelists will talk about how they have worked to make the best of agriculture even in challenging times.
Pre-registration for the conference is required. The early bird rate is $50 until Jan. 30; thereafter, it is $65 and accepted until Feb. 6. Late registration is $80 and accepted after Feb. 6 only if space allows. Students receive a special rate of $10 if registered by Feb. 6.
