American Family Insurance agents honored

Several Rochester area American Family Insurance agents have been recognized for customer satisfaction excellence under the J.D. Power and Associates Distinguished Insurance Agency Program.

Those honored, and their office addresses, were Curt Sorenson, 1816 Second St. S.W.; John Capelle, 315 Elton Hills Drive, Suite 200; Bruce Fisher, 401 16th St. S.E.; Gene Fieseler, 826 S. Broadway; Shawn Capelle, 2222 18th Ave. N.W., Suite 101; and Brian Barth, 1153 Tompkins Drive, Byron.

The distinction is based on a customer satisfaction survey that measures customers’ overall experience with their current American Family agent.
