A Rochester real estate firm has a new landlord after its office complex recently sold for $1.6 million.
Coldwell Banker Burnet 's large building, overlooking the Zumbro River at 140 Elton Hills Lane N.W., was purchased by Taso Properties, LLCon Nov. 15.
It was sold by Elton Hills Limited Partnership, which built the real estate center back in 1994.
Spearheading Taso Properties is Tasos Psomas. He is also the owner of the downtown Pannekoeken Huis restaurant, 6 First Ave. N.W.
Psomas closed the longtime Pannekoeken at Crossroads Shopping Centerin south Rochester in August. He then sold that to Tom Grafso he could demolish the restaurant and build a second Buffalo Wild Wingsthere.

Biz buzz
The word is that the sale of a 105-year-old downtown Rochester building was finalized Wednesday afternoon.
This is a high profile spot in downtown, so it will be interesting to see what happens next.
I haven't had a chance to track down the new owners to see what plans — if any — they have for this building.
