Not too long ago, Natasha Hamiltonwas finishing up a business degree, while pursuing her personal fitness goals by using Herbalifenutritional products.

After earning her degree, the Lyle native decided to bring her interests together and open her own shop to carry Herbalife products .

Following that plan, Hamilton recently opened the doors of her new Rochester business, Core Power, across from Saint Marys Hospitalat 1137 Second St. S.W. That's where Mia & Fia Giftswas previously located, before that shop moved downtown.

Carrying a wide selection of the Herbalife nutrition products, Hamilton says Core Power is all about helping people tailor a healthy program to fit their own individual needs and goals.

She offers free body scans to calculate things like bone mass, metabolic rates, weight and other statistics. That data can give people clues to where they may be lacking nutritionally.
