The RDA's catch phrase of "Downtown is the place to be" must be really catching on.
There's a lot of talk buzzing about a downtown deal — possibly a historic one — that is about ready to surface after running under the radar for a while.
I've been rattling a lot of doors, and it is starting to look as if there might be something to this. I admit the sheer towering nature of this one gives me some reservations, so I'm checking it out thoroughly.
Hopefully, some doors will open yet this week. It'll be interesting to see what's behind them.
