Hormel Foods Corp. announced a quarterly dividend of 25 cents, to be paid Nov. 16 to stockholders as of Oct. 19.
It will be the 349th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the company. Since becoming a public company in 1928, Hormel Foods Corp. has paid a regular quarterly dividend without interruption, it announced.
