The Mayo Clinic Care Network has expanded into Iowa.
UnityPoint Health – Cedar Rapids is the first health care organization in the state to join the network of groups that share Mayo Clinic knowledge and collaborate promotes collaboration
The network, which began in 2011, now includes 28 member organizations across the country.

Specialists at UnityPoint Health – Cedar Rapids can now consult Mayo Clinic knowledge and expertise using a variety of electronic tools and services and connect directly with Mayo Clinic experts on complex diagnosis and treatment plans.
UnityPoint Health – Cedar Rapids consists of more than 175 health care providers, employs more than 3,000 associates, includes St. Luke's Hospital, which has been nationally recognized as a Top 100 and Magnet Hospital; and has home care services throughout a seven-county area. — Mike Klein
