A 22,000-square-foot office complex near the Rochester International Airport was purchased for $4 million at the start of July.
The Compeer Financial building at 7540 Airport View Dr. SW was purchased by Hoss Bros. LLC of Eau Claire, Wis., on July 1. Rochester’s Edlon LLC led by Edward Stanley sold the 12-year-old building.
Olmsted County estimated the total market value of the property at $3.3 million for 2020-2021. That’s up from $2.5 million for 2019-2020.
The office complex was originally built in 2008 for Mankato-based AgStar Financial Services, an institution that works through the U.S. Farm Credit System to offer loans, mortgages and insurance to agribusinesses and individuals. AgStar and its 80 employees moved from its previous Rochester office at 3555 Ninth St. NW.
In 2017, AgStar joined forces with Farm Credit Services and Badgerland Financial to form Compeer. Compeer has offices in Minnesota, Illinois and Wisconsin. It recently closed its Northfield office and consolidated those employees and ones from an Apple Valley office in a recently built Lakeville, Minn., complex.

Econore is led by its president, Laura Archbold, who directed and produced the film.
This marks the second year in a row Encore has taken home a Gold Telly. This is Encore’s fourth Telly award.
