A Med City dentist is reaching into the mouth of Northwest Rochester with a $1.4 million purchase of a former hardware store building.
The 10,000-square-foot building also previously housed Hollywood Video, which closed in 2010. Arrow opened its store there in 2011. The building stands at the intersection of 37th Street Northwest and West River Parkway.
Arrow owner Dave Neiman sold the 25-year-old building to Post. He was represented by Darci Fenske of Paramark Real Estate in the deal. Neiman purchased the property in 2015 for $1.2 million.
Olmsted County estimated the total market value of the property at $1.4 million for 2021.
Post was not available this week to talk about her plans for the building, but I should have more on that later. The sale documents describe the planned use of the building as "Office/Medical."
Northwest Dental has two clinics in Rochester, one at 2056 Superior Dr. NW and another at 1615 14th St. NW, as well as a Byron location.
Post also owns an office building at 2510 Superior Drive NW.
