MINNEAPOLIS — SuccessFactors Inc., which makes software for human resources management, said today that it has completed its $110 million acquisition of recruitment software maker Jobs2web.
SuccessFactors, which is being purchased by German enterprise software company SAP AG for $3.4 billion, announced the Jobs2web deal last week. The company said that Jobs2web will be integrated into its business execution applications.
Privately held Jobs2web is based in Minnetonka. Jobs2web CEO Ken Holec said in a statement that all of the company's employees will remain in their jobs.
Holec will serve as a strategic advisor, while Jobs2web Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Office Steve Shaffer will lead the new Jobs2web division.
SuccessFactors is based in San Mateo, Calif.
