Sleep quality is an essential ingredient to a healthy lifestyle. And getting a good night’s rest isn’t always easy. Saint Elizabeth’s Medical Center is offering a free integrative medicine program to explore natural approaches to improving sleep quality.

Soleil Arrieta, MD, Integrative and Family Medicine Specialist with Saint Elizabeth’s Community Clinic, uncovers common barriers that cause poor sleep quality, highlights the anatomy of sleep, and promotes the value of sleep. Learn recommended mind/body techniques, supplements, and tips and tricks that can help say goodnight to insomnia.  

This free community education session takes place on Thursday, September 12, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Saint Elizabeth’s Medical Center, 1200 Grant Blvd. W., Wabasha. Sessions are free and open to the public. There is no need to register in advance.
