REQUEST TO AMEND A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
On November 19th, 2019 after 6:00 pm the Cascade Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Cascade Town Hall, 2025 75th Street NE, Rochester, MN regarding:
An application to amend Conditional Use Permit CT-03-01 that allows the operation of a demolition and construction waste and recycling and transfer facility on an 8.84-acre parcel of property zoned I; Industrial. The applicant/owner is requesting the amendment to allow the staging/storage of full, covered, roll-off dumpsters filled with demolition debris, until they can be moved to the Kalmar landfill.
