Conditional Use and Interim Use Permit Requests
On Tuesday, August 6th, 2019 after 7:00 pm the Haverhill Township Planning Commission will hold public hearings at the Haverhill Town Hall, 4000 55th Avenue NE, Rochester, MN, 55906, regarding;
#1: An application for a Conditional Use Permit to move a 1,566 sq.ft. historic barn structure onto a five-acre parcel zoned A-2; Agricultural Protection District. The combined total of all accessory buildings on the site would then be 3,942 sq.ft.. The maximum cumulative total accessory building size allowed by the ordinance is 1,500 sq.ft..
