Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that all persons interested in the following public hearings:
Special District Amendment R2019-001SD to the Arboretum Special District by Joe and Gina Jewison. The applicant is proposing to amend the Project Development Plan for the site to allow retail, office and personal service uses where only office was previously approved. The project development plan site is located in the southeast corner of the district directly abutting 31st Avenue NW to the east.
Vacation Petition R2019-008VAC by Brooks Edwards and Terri Edwards of Portland Real Estate LLC, to vacate a 7x7x24-foot Street Easement located at the southeast corner of Lot 5, Block 8 of William McCulloughs Addition.
Vacation petition CD2019-001VAC by Essex Estate Properties LLC to vacate 20-foot wide drainage and 10-foot wide utility easements on certain lots of Block 3, Essex Estates Fifth Ave Subdivision to facilitate single-family attached homes. The site is located west of West Rive Road NW, north of Picadilly Lane NW.
May be heard at a meeting of the Common Council to be held in the Council/Board Chambers in the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, in said City at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 19, 2019.
