Olmsted County Land Use Plan Map Amendment #2019-001LUPA by Marion Township to redesignate approximately 34.99 acres from Resource Protection to Resource Protection/Potential Suburban on the Olmsted County Future Land Use Map. The property is located in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 2, Marion Township and is bounded on the north side by County Highway 9 and the West boundary is County Highway 119.
Olmsted County Conditional Use Permit #O2019-004CUP Request by Milestone Materials and Dennis Kullot. The purpose of the conditional use permit is to allow for the expansion of the existing limestone mineral extraction use that lies west of the request. The property is located approximately 2 miles west of the City of Eyota, North of Highway 14 and South of 10th St SE and west of 100 Ave SE in Section 8 Eyota township T106N, R12W.
