NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that by virtue of a judgment entered in the above-entitled action on the 22nd day of May 2019, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged to be due said plaintiff in the above-entitled action from said Defendants Scott Dahle, Michelle Dahle and Cindi Anderson, the Sheriff of Olmsted County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on the 28th day of August, at 11:00 a.m., at the Olmsted County Law Enforcement Center, 101 Fourth Street SE, in the City of Rochester, Minnesota, in said County and State, the land described and directed to be sold in said judgment lying and being in the County of Olmsted, State of Minnesota, to-wit:
SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section Twenty (20), Township One Hundred Six (106), North of Range Fifteen (15) West, less however, the following land: Commencing at the SW corner of the above described tract, thence East Two Hundred Seventy (270) feet, thence Northwest to a point on the West line of said section which is Three Hundred Forty (34) feet North of said SW corner, thence South to the place of beginning.
AND FURTHER EXCEPTING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND:
That part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) described as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) then north along a westerly line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) 340 feet to the point of beginning, then southeasterly 182.50 feet, then northeasterly 462.90 feet, then northeasterly 327.27 feet, then southwesterly 653.42 to a point on the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) then south along said west line 108.46 feet to a point of the beginning of Section 20, Township 106, Range 15, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
