Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that all persons interested in the following public hearings:
Final Plat CD2019-006PLAT, by Vagabond Minnesota Partners I, LLC, to be known as Stonewood Subdivision, for a development consisting of 30 residential lots and 2 outlots on 41.07 acres. The site is located southwest of highway 52, north of Thaddeus Road SW, and east of 30th Street SW. Conditional Use Permit -Restricted Development Final Plan #R2019-009CUP by Cottage Grove LLC - Christine Lindsey, for 2 multi-family residential buildings, both buildings are two stories, containing a total of 15 residential units combined. The site is 0.49 acres in size and is located along west side 14th Avenue SW between Peace Garden Drive SW and 6th Street SW Conditional Use Permit - Incentive Development Preliminary Plan #CD2019-005CUP by Storm Properties LLC, for a six-story transient accommodation use (hotel) with surface and underground parking. The site is .67 acres in size and located on the northwest corner of the intersection of 5th Ave NW and 2nd Street NW. Conditional Use Permit -Restricted Development Preliminary Plan #CD2019-004CUP by Hersch Hoaglan, to be known as Century Heights. The plan identifies a four story multi-family building containing 76 dwelling units on 4.25 acres. The site is located on the west side of East Circle Road NE, south of Wheelock Drive NE. General Development Plan #CD00002GDP by Hersch Hoaglan, to be known as Century Heights. The General Development Plan is 9.3 acres in size and consists a 76-unit multi-family development, future commercial uses and a future residential property. The site is located on the west side of East Circle Road NE, east of Viola Road NE. The site is currently in Haverhill Township. General Development Plan Amendment CD00001GDP-A by Arcon Development, Inc. The amendment removes a street intersection which extended Galaxy Drive SW to 40th Street SW. The proposed amendment terminates the southern intersection of Galaxy Drive where it intersects with Phoenix Road SW. Preliminary Plat CD2019-005PLAT by Arcon Development, Inc. to be known as Hart Farm South Ninth. The plat would create 25 lots and two (2) outlots on 10.18 acres of land. The site is north of 40th Street SW and west of Starburst Drive SW
