This year has been one of the toughest in decades. Many people have lost their jobs, homes and even loved-ones. In spite of loss and lockdowns, the community spirit has been shown in many ways -- businesses collaborating with one another, public displays of support for healthcare workers and art installations on public and private property.

For local nonprofits that rely on community generosity, this year’s needs may be greater than before and yet traditional fundraising has not been possible.

Non-profit groups have created their own wish lists for this holiday season If you are able, please consider these ways to support those in need.
