NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On Wednesday, August 19th, 2020 after 6:00 pm the Salem Township Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at the Salem Town Hall, 8433 Salem Road SW, Byron, MN regarding:
An application for a variance to the side yard setback criteria. The applicant's property is zoned RA; Rural Residential wherein the side yard setback criteria for any structure is 25 feet. The applicant installed a small solar panel array at the south side of his garage that is within 12 feet of his side property line. Therefore, the applicant is seeking an after-the-fact variance of 13 feet.
