The Byron Planning and Zoning Commission will be conducting a public hearing at City Hall on May 4, 2021 at 6:00pm. This meeting will be discussing the following issue:
1. Amendment to Chapter 152: Incorporate Accessory Buildings regulations to one section and remove the 6 foot distance requirements for accessory buildings under 200 square feet. To also add design criterias for R-1 & R-2 homes and add Accessory Dwelling Units to the ordinance. A complete copy of the revisions is available at City Hall.
2. A lot split at 957 Frontage Road NW. The property owner has requested to create a new lot line to enable the sale of the new lot.
