ADVERTISEMENT OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Rochester Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, June 8th at 6:00 pm to consider the following items:
1.A public hearing to consider landmark designation for 7 Second Street SW, The Olmsted County Bank Building, required per Sec. 4-7-16 of the Heritage Preservation Code due to application for building demolition.
2.A public hearing to consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness for proposed alterations to 7 Second Street SW, The Olmsted County Bank Building (a designated potential landmark), per approved pilot program of the City Council on May 17th 2021.
This meeting will take place virtually in order to protect the health and wellness of the community. The in-person public hearing process will be replaced with written public comment or the option to join the virtual meeting and speak on the record. Any person wishing to attend the meeting virtually may do so by contacting the Rochester Community Development Department by noon on Monday June 7th , 2021 for a virtual meeting invitation.
