Notice is hereby given that the City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 to consider the following:
Preliminary Plat #CD2021-011PLAT by Paul Meier, to be known as Cassidy Farms, for development consisting of 54 residential lots on 33 acres. The site is located northeast of Stonehedge Drive NE.
General Development Plan #CD2021-002GDP, to be known as Cassidy Farms, by Paul Meier. The development is 86 acres, consisting of three phases of low density residential development. The site is located Northeast of Copper Point Lane NE and Stonehedge Drive NE.
This meeting will take place virtually in order to protect the health and wellness of the community. The in- person public hearing process will be replaced with written public comment or the option to join the virtual meeting and speak on the record. Any person wishing to attend the meeting virtually may do so by contacting the Rochester Community Development Department by noon on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 for a virtual meeting invitation.
