Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota will hold their regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 7, 2021. This meeting will be held virtually to hear the following:
Conditional Use Permit - Incentive Development Preliminary Plan #CD2021-009CUP, to be known as CityWalk Apartments, by 988 Rochester, LLC for the development of a seven story ,131 dwelling unit multi-family building, on a total of .5 acres within a CDC-RES zoning district. The site is located at the southwest corner of 2nd Street SW and 6th Avenue SW.
Preliminary Plat #CD2021-009PLAT by Craig Johnson, to be known as Hadley Creek Estates Third, for development consisting of 28 residential lots on 10.78 acres. The site is located south of Hawthorn Hill Lane NE and west of Hadley Hills Drive NE, and North of Hadley Creek Drive NE.
Final Plat #CD2021-0010PLAT, to be known as Northwest Plaza Ninth Subdivision, by THF-G Rochester. The Final Plat proposed to create a single, once acre parcel, located within the Northwest Plaza Shopping Center, on the south side of 55th Street NW.
