SALEM TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Salem Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Salem Town Hall, 8433 Salem Road SW, Byron, MN 55920, on Wednesday, November 17th, 2021, after 7:00 p.m. regarding:
An application to rezone approximately sixty-five (65) acres in part of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 15, and part of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 16, Salem Township, from AgRM; Agricultural/Resource Mining District to A-2; Agricultural Protection District to allow for the subdivision of up to two non-farm size parcels for the construction of up to two single family dwellings.

Partial Legal Description:
Approximately 65 acres lying in the north halves of the following parcels: Parcel #: 651641043960 - the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 16 and Parcel #: 651532084010 - the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 15; Township-106N; Range-15W. Located on the south side of County Road #25 one-quarter mile west of the intersection of County Road #3 SW and County Road #25 SW.
