Dave and Bonnie will be celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary.
They were married on September 2, 1961 at the First Congregational Church of Mantorville, Minnesota.
The couple has one daughter, Stephanie (Grant) Thorne, who lives in Eudora, Kansas. They have two grandchildren: Benjamin and Brooklyn.
They will celebrate with their daughter and family in the Ozarks in the fall.
