Former Rochester real estate office sold for $775,000

A former Rochester real estate office building was recently purchased for $775,000.

Laserhawk LLCof Rochester bought the office complex at 3625 10th Lane NW from the Eyota-based Handy Andy Real Estate Expertson Sept. 3.

The manager for Laserhawk is listed on state documents as Brian Bos. Bos is also the CEO of Rochester's Media Manager, a media consulting firm. Media Manager moved its staff into the 3,800-square-foot complex at the start of this month.

Olmsted Countyestimated the total market value for 2018-2019 of the two lots at $627,900 for the lot with the building and $70,500 for the adjacent lot with no building for a total of $698,400.

Handy Andy owner Andy Mulhollandpurchased the building for $665,000 in 2017. He renovated it and moved in his team into the 10th Lane Center. Handy Andy Real Estate closed its doors in June 2018.


Rick Emerson, owner of Classic Cuts, originally built the complex in 2006 to house his salon, which moved from a 860-square-foot space at 318 Elton Hills Drive NW.
