An ensemble of touring and local actors performed TigerLion Art's "Nature" a walking play. The show depicts the lives and friendship between Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau. Actors performed five shows at Squash Blossom farm Aug. 2-Aug. 4 in Oronoco. Audience members followed the actors from one part of the farm to another as scenes shifted to from town to woods to a field to a cabin and back. The play was developed by performer and director Markell Kiefer and Tyson Forbes, a direct descendant of Emerson, who depicted his ancestor in the show.
