NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners (the "Board") of Olmsted County, Minnesota (the "County"), will hold a public hearing of the Board beginning at approximately 3:00 p.m. on September 15, 2020, electronically via Skype with at least one County Commissioner physically present in the Board Room at the Olmsted County Government Center located at 151 4th St SE, in Rochester, Minnesota, on the proposal that the County abate property taxes levied by the County on the property identified as tax parcel numbers:

The total amount of the taxes proposed to be abated by the County on the property for up to a 20-year period is estimated to be approximately $3,000,000. The Board will consider the property tax abatement in connection with financing the Graham Park and Graham Arena Deferred Maintenance projects in the County, which project includes including bleacher replacement, parking improvements, H-VAC system installment; electrical upgrades, restroom upgrades and related public improvements.
