The Haverhill Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Haverhill Town Hall, 4000 55th Ave NE, Rochester, MN on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 after 7:00 PM regarding:
An application to amend a conditional use permit which would allow for the expansion of a cold storage warehouse located in the commercial overlay of an RSD, Rural Service Center District. The current facility is 15,600 square feet and the applicant is proposing a 28,000 square foot addition and requesting the facility be allowed to expand up to 50 feet in height.
