This Thursday is National Depression Screening Day. If you are feeling anxious, alone, stressed or overwhelmed, there are several sites in Wabasha where you can receive a free, confidential in-person screening for depression. This service is for adults ages 18 and older. No appointment is necessary.
The screenings are offered at these locations and times:
- 10 a.m. to noon at Saint Elizabeth’s Community Clinic, 1200 Grant Blvd. W.
- 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Wabasha County Public Health, 411 Hiawatha Drive E.
- 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 905 Hiawatha Drive E.
