Mandelynn Joy Adkins and James Michael Scheffler were married on the beach in Cozumel, Mexico, on March 9, 2010. Nineteen family and friends joined in their celebration.
Mandy is the daughter of Rawla Joy and Terry Adkins of Rochester, and Jim is the son of DiAnna and Lloyd Scheffler of Elk Mound, Wis.
Jim, Mandy and her daughter, Amber, reside in Eau Claire, Wis. Jim is a civil engineer technician at the Eau Claire Highway Department, and Mandy is a hair stylist at JC Penney.
