Sidewalks become storefronts, and crazy costumes are uniforms at Plainview's Crazy Days, starting at 8 a.m. Thursday. There're costume contests for people and pets, and a kiddie parade, not to mention the sidewalk sales and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Events center on the Community & Youth enter, 346 W.
