RED WING — The Cannon Valley Regional Orchestra goes to the movies with a concert Saturday at the Sheldon Theatre in Red Wing.
The orchestra, conducted by Paul Niemisto, will perform music from classic film scores accompanied by projections on a large screen. Selections will include music from "South Pacific," "The Sound of Music," "Star Wars," "The Pink Panther" and "Breakfast at Tiffany's."
The orchestra is in its 31st season.
The concert is at 7 p.m. at the Sheldon, 443 W. Third St. in Red Wing. Tickets are $15 for adults, $9 for youth; 1-800-899-5759.
