Talent competition set

Southeast Minnesota has talent, and a new competition being held in Austin is looking to award it.

Austin's Got Talent is open to anyone with any talent. The competition will be held at 7 p.m. Oct. 28 at the Paramount Theatre, 125 Fourth Ave. N.E., Austin. Contestants are still being accepted. Call the Paramount at 434-0934 to register.

Prizes include a recording deal, Fender Stratocaster guitar, gigs and a stay at the Holiday Inn in Austin.
