National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day is Thursday, and to celebrate, the DoubleTree by Hilton in Rochester invites cookie-lovers to come in, with or without a hotel reservation, to receive two free cookies per person — one to keep, and one to share.
A warm chocolate chip cookie is a signature item DoubleTree gives to welcome its guests. The hotel has given more than 300 million cookies since introducing the feature more than 25 years ago.
