LIFE program offers classes

Registration is now open for fall classes in the Learning is ForEver (LIFE) program at Rochester Community and Technical College.

This fall, the enrichment program for seniors is offering 50 classes and four day trips, including topics in history, art, film, natural science, literature, travel, world cultures and more.

Some examples of class titles are: Culture and History from Mediterranean to Sahara; Beyond the Rainbow — Garland at Carnegie Hall; Cascade Meadow Wetlands & Environmental Science Center Sustainability Tour and Discussion; and Advances in Geriatric Medical Education: The Senior Sages Program.

Most of the sessions will be at RCTC's Heintz Center. Tuition varies by class, with discounts for LIFE members.
