When the garden centers open after the long, white winter, it is tempting to fill a cart or two with all kinds of flowers. We wholeheartedly support the garden; it’s pure magic come mid-summer. And with a little planning, you can take your garden from pretty to absolutely spectacular.
Creating a garden with every color of the rainbow is absolutely possible.
Consult the color wheel to choose groupings – warm, cool, complementary blends. Consider height as you choose companions. Don’t be afraid to experiment; it is part of gardening along with learning from fellow enthusiasts.
